CHARCOAL GRILL ASSEMBLY

The Flip Flop charcoal grill is engineered to provide years of trouble-free service. With proper care and cleaning, the Flip Flop charcoal grill will last a lifetime.

Set-up time is quick, and you can easily get it back into the 3.5" x 19" box it comes in. We are confident once you set-up the charcoal grill the first time, the next time will be a snap!

The first few times you assemble your grill the components may fit together somewhat tightly. After setting it up and taking it apart a few times, they will be easier to manipulate.

ASSEMBLING THE LEGS OF THE GRILL
Hold the bottom panel and align the ends of
the legs into the prepunched holes. Separate slightly until the legs are inserted into the holes. Once assembled, the legs may be folded under the bottom of the grill and still fit neatly back into the original box.

ASSEMBLING THE SIDE PANELS OF THE GRILL
Hold the side panels vertically and align the tabs into the notch side opening of the
adjacent side panel. Slide the side panel downward as shown to lock the side panels together. Continue the process for all four of
the panels. Place the assembled sides onto the bottom panel. Press down firmly and
check that all side panels are fit evenly against
the bottom panel.
